Dont forget to come out and watch Chris Halliday and Michael Veck battle it out for the Mens Club Championship finals tonight ( August 24) at 6pm. BBQ items will be available for purchase !

Tomorrow night ( August 25) , The John Punch Band, featuring Elmdale member Matt MacKinnon, will be playing out on the deck at 7 pm.

Signup has started for the Doubles Club Championships. Mens, Women`s and Mixed categories. Send Chris an email to register – halliday93.chris@gmail.com. If you would like to play and dont have a partner, let Chris know and he will set you up! Deadline to register is this Thursday. Matches will start Saturday Aug 26.

Also, Live Music! The John Punch Band, featuring Elmdale member Matt MacKinnon, will be playing out on the deck on Friday, August 25th, 7 pm. There is no charge for this event. BBQ items will be available for purchase from 5 pm.

Elmdale’s 80th Celebration*New Date: Sunday August 13th starting at 3pm *

Hi everyone,

Elmdale’s 80th Celebration will finally be happening on Sunday August 13th starting at 3:00 pm! Come on out and enjoy some tennis activities, an awesome grilled chicken dinner, cake by Leona, a special program mc’d by Chris. Tickets are $20. Purchase them anytime from the steward on duty to add your name to the list. Let’s celebrate Elmdale!

Here is Sunday’s schedule:

• 3:00 pm: men’s final
• 5:00 pm: awesome BBQ dinner (chicken/veggie kebabs, rice, salad, cake by Leona)
• 6:30 pm: special program with MC Halliday ft member comments
• 7:00 pm: live music, socializing and/or tennis!

• Important : The Round Robin will proceed as scheduled
